      Great work-life balance and career mobility.

      Cons

      They require two years of commitment in order to move laterally within the company. Understandable though, since they want to see loyalty first.

      Pros

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
