      Culture. They say culture is important, but unless you're part of the "club," they don't care about you. Overworked and underpaid. Lack of transparency.

      Pros

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
