      The company truly lives by their CARE values. Leadership consistently demonstrates flexibility in the face of the on-going pandemic. They also care about trying to find the right fit for quality candidates. Competitive bonus structure. Lots of focus on diversity, inclusion and equity.

      No true cons, but pay raises are conservative.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
