      The CEO and his direct reports truly care about the employees and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion efforts. Great Benefits.

      Cons

      Leaders at the VP level work employees too hard. Goals are unrealistic. Often needed to work until 2am after my kids went to bed to do the work because of meetings from 8am-6pm during the day prevented it.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
