      I love the flexibility of work hours and the work/life balance. The CARE values are what drew my to Hanover and they are 100%+ true. Hanover cares for their employees. Everyone is so great and helpful and we work hard but also have fun.

      I have no complaints so far.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
