      Pros

      Some of the employees are very professional.

      Cons

      The Worker's Comp unit is a mess, high turnover, incompetent management and seldom in the office. Corporate interpretation of employment laws governing pay out of time off benefits is questionable. Computer system is antiquated. Cliques and favoritism rampant.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
