      Good compensation, a lot of autonomy, many years of knowledge and experience to learn from.

      Cons

      Generally I believe this company is well managed at the top. The forms on the commercial side are some of the best in the business. As it is with all larger companies, there can be a disconnect with decision making and communication.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
