Short time with company - less than 3 mos - Director The Hanover Insurance Group Employee Review

Very friendly people, very welcoming to me and that has continued thus far since onboarding in Worcester. Company seems to have and still is going through a transformation...lots of change and re-organization and departments/roles trying to re-define themselves. The interview process was quicker than other companies, but it did take about 2 mos. for this role. Most of that was due to scheduling. Interview process was very good. I thoroughly enjoyed the conversational style of the panels and was very comfortable during the process. Communication from HR was constant and very helpful!
