      Fred Eppinger and his leadership walk the talk. Best professional talent I've ever worked with.

      Cons

      Middle management weak; only certain managers evolve/develop employees-most do not, thus you need to be prepared to find your own way.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
