      My experience has been fairly positive. I am learning a lot as an incoming trainee. The team really values me as the future in this branch and really invest time and effort to make sure that I am learning .

      Sometimes you are limited becasue of the size of Hanover compared to other carriers in the field

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
