      Pros

      Excellent work-life balance. Generally speaking, management cares about their employees and grants a lot of flexibility to get the job done. Pay is better than some places.

      Cons

      Systems are archaic - not the best. Recommendations for improvements related to internal processes can go into a vacuum and take a long time for consideration, if at all.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
