      - The work life balance is fantastic. - As a trainee, the company devotes a great deal of time and resources to training and on-the-job learning.

      - The training that is offered through each branch is often not standardized, which can be both a pro and a con depending on location, but the inconsistency is a negative.

      Pros

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
