Be prepared to severely compromise the quality of your work in place of speed but still be held accountable for your mistakes. Expectations require working beyond a 40 hour work week- not family friendly in this regard. Lack of skill and qualifications in their new hires puts extra pressure on experienced employees. Managers are similarly inexperienced.
