      Smart people, high performance team great salary

      Cons

      Too much travel, you will feel disconnected form the nucleus of the company. But they are trying to fix it

      There is really no advancing in pay grade. Barely got a raise anytime.

      Pros

      There is quite a bit of loyalty amongst the more tenured, older employees. Quite a few people over 50. Lots of "support" in the terms of meetings, but not a lot of direction.

      Cons

      There definitely seems to be a lot of former Gartner employees along with their former colleagues. Pay and benefits are not great.
