HLA offers good pay compensation, matching on 401k and a good benifits package as well.
Projects are of a high caliper and diverse in nature including urban design, landscape architecture, land planning and environmental design. Staff is excellent and the company is respectful of personal needs and is flexible. Alternative work schedule allows staff members to work 9 hr days with two Fridays off each month.
Overall a great place to work.
Cons
During slow times morale of office is not good. Although some high, profile projects come into the firm, many projects are very cookie-cutter or "big-box".
