Good intentions, transparency, decent total compensation if equity were ever worth anything
Cons
Disorganized, verbally abusive work environment, nepotism. Impossible to complete anything due to complete change of direction weekly or sometimes daily. Leadership would change direction 10 times in 4 weeks, then yell at people for not having completed something they abandoned 10 pivots ago. Leadership immune to feedback of any type. Leadership unable to recognize strengths or weaknesses of any team members.
