Recruiters who care about you, who are up front about the positions, who won't waste your time if you don't waste theirs. Diligent, attention to detail. Would and have recommended the Greer Group to MANY people because they offer good opportunities, there is always more work on the horizon, and recruiters will be up front about why they cannot use you if that's the case. Willing to help when they can.
Cons
Issues with temp payroll individually (usually due to timesheet submission process on client or candidate end), internally can be VERY disorganized. High turnover rate externally and internally. Shot gun approach to recruiting can hurt client and candidate. Management was unpredictable and irascible. Needs better hierarchy/structure/communication.
