The administration doesn't care about their teachers. They hide in their offices and watch you on video. They do not have an open door policy, and do not explain how violent the students can get when you interview! You have to always have a hand on your walkie, and administration will get angry if you call for help too much! Classroom size is getting larger, and the students are getting more violent.
