I've never worked for a company where the owners work right by your side and are more like your family than your boss. Not only has my income every single year increased significantly, but I've grown into a better person and not ashamed to admit that credit is due to The Goodies Factory. The company as a whole really does care for you not only as an employee but as a true friend/part of their family. You just won't find that anywhere else and I honestly couldn't see myself working anywhere else.

Management tends to be too kind to their employees. As a result of this we see things like people on glass door making false accusations against a family owned and operated company. In the many years that I've worked for this company I've never once seen a silver spoon, along with the owners who work by your side so do their immediate family and EVERY SINGLE one of them from the ages of 18 up to 70 years old are some of the hardest workers that I've ever had the pleasure to work along side of. It's completely and utterly despicable to say that they're sexiest and racist because I'm by far proof that that statement couldn't be more far from the truth. And last but not least I can't help but laugh at the bathroom statement, it's ridiculous how much people get paid to sit around and go number 2 or whatever they do in there.

Nothing at all, they occasionally give you expired food at a "discounted" rate.

Supervisors and upper management are sexist and very racist. The pay is not up to par with the hell you go trough. Hours are unpredictable. They even try to limit bathroom usage and have threatend to lock doors on restrooms.
