Pros

$15 an hour and benefits

Cons

No time to digest your day or clients. Micro managed every second you are clocked in. Expected to do work off the clock. No one cares about your personal life, or about you as an employee. Corporate is very inappropriate (sexual comments have been made). The product does not really work, and you can be sued by your clients if you say the wrong thing. They lie to you about commission (because there is none even though they tell you there is when you apply) and don’t care that they told you a lie. 30 minutes breaks for 8hr shift. Not allowed to have water out or go and take a sip even if you are dehydrated. Training is not consistent to real life clients and proper work ethics. And sooo much more. Worst of all you are forced to buy and wear their products before you can start “its policy”.

Pros

The Good Feet Store is an amazing company, that really cares for and values their employees. Senior leadership and the administrative team are always there to support the staff and provide us with all of the tools that are necessary to succeed. There is also great opportunity for growth within the company. I have been with the Good Feet Store for just 5 years, starting as a Sales Consultant and working my way up the chain to being the District Manager. Everyone that i work with are great and always willing to help where needed. Unlike some other companies, there are no office politics. I have been in sales for 15 years, in various industries and this is by far the most rewarding product i have ever sold. Another great thing is that we are open bankers hours, 10-6 m-f and 12-4 sun. Great. Base pay of 31K, with a wonderful commission and bonus structure, that gives you the opportunity to atleast double that, or more. Overall this is a wonderful company to work for and i will be here for as long as im able to be.

Cons

Not many cons to be honest. This is retail sales, so depending on the person this can be a con. Again, you are given every tool you need to succeed, but at the end of the day, its still sales and you have to put in the work. Another thing that could be a con is having mandatory weekends. but they are short hours on sunday and out by 6 on saturday.
