Pros
Family focused, employee-first mentality. Owner and management are truly vested in us as employees and care about our professional growth and personal lives. The only place I've worked where management cares so much about me as an individual--not just a contributor to company growth. Fun, energetic and smart people.
Cons
Challenges really lie within our actual industry. We don't have as many tools as some of the big companies in the industry, but we do the best with what we have and are growing steadily with our resources.
