Pros
-Creative environment -Great location -Company will expose you to AMAZING people (but unfortunately, they'll be chased out after about a year at the company)
Cons
-Leadership is really under-equipped to lead. They are quick to blame anyone/everyone for the company's problems, but slow to consider how they may be contributing to problems. -I've never seen a place where favoritism comes into play as much at The Giving Keys. Leaders promoting their best friends who are under-qualified is at the core of this company's disfunction. -Frontline workforce is composed of people transitioning out of homelessness, but they are not given the social support they need to excel in the job. Company is happy to make a profit off of selling this story, but is slow to actually set the people within that story up for long term professional success.
