      Some great talent & friendly colleagues

      Cons

      Management is very disconnected from employees, poor professional development & guidance, do not support the internal "culture and values" that are touted. Unwilling to listen to new ideas, employees are unappreciated and unrewarded for long hours, and great work.

      - Open culture, fun team building games are always happening to keep up the team spirit - Open to train and teach- good learning opportunity for new things in the design work (drawings, concepts, any software) - Lots of professional growth/networking opportunities - Personal growth, new materials, lunches and learns

      Cons

      Experience was great, didn't have any downsides for the internship time period
