In over 3 years with the company I have yet to encounter a con with the staff, product, work environment, & upper management including the CFO & CEO.

Would've been better if we weren't understaffed.

Overworked employees who rarely get appreciated by management. Employees lose their motivation and most would suddenly leave! We're always understaffed and so we're always overworked!
