Anyone not in the 'club' can expect to have the same salary for years due to no salary increases or cost of living adjustments. -A few drama queens in the office make life miserable for most everyone else. -Unprofessional executive who cusses not only in front of employees but also clients which is quite embarrassing for employees who are trying to give a professional image in front of clients. Many employees have left because of this particular executive. -The executives came up with a list of values for employees to follow yet not only does top management NOT follow the values themselves, they reprimand certain employees when the do follow certain values. -Beware that you will be reprimanded if you ask a question to an employee in another dept. -The company claims to have plans to grow but they are losing employees faster than they can hire new ones.
