      Pros

      Nothing at all truly! Its a place where you are supposed to DIY.

      Cons

      There is no Management at all. Though the management sits in the office for 20 hours straight but still they can't manage anything. Professionals are treated as they are slaves and management does not know how to talk to them. Salary is never on time and gets deducted without any cause! Nothing new to learn. Nothing at all to learn. Employees get fired for no reason.

      Pros

      Incentives like never seen before, friendly leadership, never-to-be-seen unruly scenes for management-employee conflicts. The managers are open to feedback and also share constructive feedback with the employees.

      Cons

      Need to engage employees in some discussion to plan their future in the organization and also to give a better preview of the organisation.
