      Pros

      Great environment to work in. Company is on a great trajectory. Small business that you feel like you are really helping make a difference. Employees are taken care of. Compensation structure allows for great pay.

      Cons

      With a company this size you can't hide, if you aren't pulling your weight it gets noticed.
