Honestly there isn’t any pro’s about working at this place.

Management is uneducated on how to interact with people. It’s like a bunch of spoiled people that thinks because they have a business that they are better than you. Their skill level in workmanship and people skills are terrible how they stay in business is amazing in itself.

Small business so there is a strong get it done atmosphere with little corporate red tape. High drive to get the job done well and satisfy the customers.

Family owned business with unreasonable expectations on employees. Family drama often boils over into business. Employees are seen as commodities; disposed of easily when not meeting some expectation instead of developed into the expectation. Communication is incredibly poor; expectations are often implied and not explicitly stated.
