Pros
No one wants to be "the boss". Plenty of overtime opportunities (which means they are not paying enough).
Cons
ENTIRELY disfunctional work environment. You can NEVER find the person you need to speak with, as they are either at lunch or on the course. Everyone is related to or married to everyone else. Vets who have been there for years, took significant paycuts to stay open, and those that are still there are paid at a fraction of what they used to be. With 4 owners you'd think someone would manage to take the wheel, but what they are full of is excuses, not solutions. Initiative is not rewarded with anything tangible ($).
