Pros

Nice office with plenty of parking and usually some free food laying around

Cons

Every time someone posts a real review about what an awful place this is the managing partner runs around and tells staff to post "This place is great" reviews. Just check the sequence of the review dates (the Financial Guys are too stupid to realize how obvious this pattern is.) Don't believe the "Great Place to Work" reviews as they are not real (just coerced lies and fake positive reviews posted by the management) The truth is that The Financial Guys are viewed as the Walmart of the financial services firms in Buffalo. They promote themselves as the "One stop shop" and it's kind of like the food court at the mall - OK if you're really hungry and just need something to eat, but its not somewhere you would go for a really good dinner prepared by people who are skilled chefs. The Financial Guys (Lomas / Wiggle) are known for their lies and the empty promises. The office has a "seedy" environment brimming with sexual harassment and uncomfortable / abusive behavior towards the young female employees. There are a lot of people in WNY have fallen for the hype and have worked there but end up leaving when they realize it's such a horrible place to be associated with. Yes, they have several employees that have been there for years but that's only because they can't go anywhere else since they lack the necessary talent and they don't actually own their business (Clients belong to The Financial Guys)

Pros

Working at this company has been a genuinely positive experience. Leadership sets a clear vision and communicates openly, which makes it easy to understand priorities and feel connected to the bigger picture. Managers actually listen, provide support when needed, and encourage growth.

Cons

No real cons, the company is growing so some processes change over time to accommodate the influx!
