I worked as a part time worker. Very flexible schedule and manager is very nice. She understands everyone's situation and will take into account.

Cons
Just basic training on the products. Doesn't respect workers who try to get more sales for the company. Company only cares about its monthly revenue sales and not employees.
They will bully new employees because they have no experience.
Products always low in stock.
Due to their management, there is a high turnover rate. Management will agree to do certain things but will never do it. Therefore not a lot of employees are here for long term. Will disrespect any employee if sales goals are not reached, even if those who just started.
Be prepared to work for long shifts without breaks. Unorganized management, lack of training material, lack of resources (unavailable products, store labels never arrive, etc.)

Don't work here if you are looking for experience. Look else where for a better experience that is worth your time.
