In reality the business is run more like a charity than a modern professional firm. Out of date Technology, marketing and systems make it feel like a local council office from the 1970's. No leadership or clear communication from the senior team makes it a very dull environment with zero team spirit. Zero career opportunities apart from those in the senior leadership team, and many employees only part time making it better suited to those looking to wind down or semi retire.
