Pros

Great concept and vision, just poorly executed. Very smart and talented people in the company, great transaction coordinator, great processing team. Too bad the company gives them little value and constantly overlooks them due to egos in management.

Cons

Very toxic work environment. As the other honest reviewer mentioned "the walking liability" is a very big issue. High turnover rate, hard to make friends and keep them because its like a constant revolving door. You will notice starting out that people have their guards up because they are either on their way out or they do not think you will last there. I've seen new hires walk after a day on the job. They set very high expectations and demands that are just not industry related. Very much a start up company that is not managed properly. They have hired management who conducts themselves as though you are in boot camp and not a real estate office. You go from a huddle that tries to start your morning on a positive note to a Sales meeting that is all negative. Constant contradiction. EXPERIENCED AGENTS PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. You will laugh at what the topics are about in the sales meeting, very novice subjects that you are required to sit through once a week with no actual substance. In fact, it's counter productive when you have a huge workload ahead of you and you have to sit and hear someone try to justify their job with an hour long meeting on how poor you are performing yours. All the positive reviews on Glassdoor were requested while you just started the job or while you are currently working there and trying to climb up, don't be fooled.

Pros

The interview process itself is very impressive. You have to go through a serious of steps and interviews. Only companies that have this process is those that are truly seeking talent. Once you become part of the company every day you enjoy coming to work. Every challenge within your role is much more enjoyable as you have a full team of brilliant people to brainstorm with on solutions and have honest feedback. The people are great, lots of teamwork all throughout. The best part is that everyday you learn something since all team members are always looking for ways to improve the company as a whole. - Culture, the environment is very positive. Strong teamwork all throughout - Every day is a learning opportunity - Always working towards improving all aspects of the business - Recognition for your efforts - Breakfasts, lunch, snacks, fruits... shows that owners truly care for their employees well being

Cons

For some people. If you are just here to collect a paycheck, this is not the place for you. You need to work hard and push yourself in order to be successful.
