Pros

If you are self-driven but like to have a good structure for what to do, a good franchise can be a great option. This is a good one. The work delivers real value in the world. Clients are appreciative of what we do. If you also do the workout, you will feel great; the service works.

Cons

Like any franchise, you have to come up with cash to launch, you will work very hard, particularly in the first 9 months. All expenses are on you, and you share some of the profits (it is a fair split). The merchant processing is relatively expensive, so this is like an ongoing tax. Likely a way the Franchisor makes extra cash, and pretty sure they all do this. Too many nickel and dime costs -- too many software packages, Mind Body scheduling and our CRM Mobile app are clunky, but work okay. They don't integrate with phone provider, so keeping a contact database clean is not easy. You have the tools you need, tho -- some are just dated. Some feel unnecessary or mistarged, Listen360 vs something that would upload reviews to Google and FB. Clients that leave for odd reasons is a bummer, but that is part of doing business, not on the franchisor it is just difficult emotionally when you care about people.
