-At times it is a very faced paced environment, this can be stressful for some employees.

The CEO is extremely supportive and creates a positive environment Strong commission plan and provides the latitude to grow professionally and work independently He challenges me to be great!!! He has my back and staff.

Unfortunately there were a few very immature individuals on staff over the last year that corrupted the Team. The one person was disrespectful and made a mess of a few clients while lacking the written, communication and planning skills. This person was rude to staff and was always moody. Probably has some deep seated issues that require counseling. We are all fortunate the person and a few others left the Team. The company has an incredible reputation in the industry over the last 25 years The work is challenging however very rewarding
