Pros

Location of office is nice (lots of parking) Drive to work is not bad

Cons

A lot of micro managing within the office. It is a small office so when other people sleeps or being lazy it affects your work. You have to drink water and sneeze quietly otherwise people talk behind your back about you slurping. Commission is a joke: you get paid your commission 6 month after the CEO gets paid and if you leave the company within that period you don't get your commission. You have to write fake reviews on Glassdoor for the company (I wrote mine on here). The environment is toxic: the two older guys snitches and tells the CEO behind peoples back. No real relationship or bond is formed.

The Everest Group Response

Their are many false statements in these comments. Clearly very immature while insulting tenured staff. Coming in late to work, wearing wrinkled clothes, yawning during meeting and lunch outings along with hiding the cellphone by seating on it just is to much to support. This person listen to another employee who was corrupting the entire Team. This person could of been a great member of the Team!!!!
