Where do I start? Unlimited PTO, Incredible Culture - The team is truly a TEAM!, Leadership is always available and open to having real conversations, TES works hard to prioritize employees and their needs, they are always open to feedback and actively work to find solutions, they offer a training program to make sure you are clear on your responsibilities and have weekly calls to connect on them so you're never left wondering what you have to do, great work life balance! Best place I've worked.
Cons
Low starting pay, however, it is always fair and within the market so it's not out of line and you do have the ability to increase over time, working remote can be a challenge but you do get to see your team members on site and at our annual TES camp where we travel to amazing locations to connect as a team. There truly aren't many cons.
