Pros

Good work/life balance. You're never required to work OT or after hours.

Cons

I worked here for a little under a year; never have I worked for such an incompetent company on every level. There is zero culture and it is a very 'old school' finance environment. If you're into sky-high cubicles, pathetically forced birthday lunches, blatant sexism, and a ridiculously inexperienced management team you should definitely work here. I would give this company 2 stars for providing a good work life balance because they're deathly afraid of having to pay out OT.

Pros

Excellent communication, fantastic coworkers, gratifying work. I can only hope to be working for them full-time one day!

Cons

Not enough hours but not their fault.

Pros

I joined The Entrust Group in March 2025 as Director of Sales with no prior finance or self-directed IRA experience, and I couldn't be more impressed with how the company set me up for success. The onboarding process was exceptional—comprehensive, well-structured, and designed to help new leaders ramp up quickly regardless of their background in the industry. What stands out most is the company's commitment to empowering its leadership team. As a member of the executive team, I've been given the autonomy and support to drive meaningful change and growth in my role. The collaborative culture and strong morale across the organization make it an energizing place to work. The benefits package is truly competitive and shows the company values its employees' well-being. This includes comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, STD and LTD insurance, HSA options, parking benefits, and wellness perks through WellHub. The company also invests in professional development with tuition assistance and student loan support—benefits that demonstrate a genuine commitment to employees' long-term success.

Cons

With so many opportunities to make an impact, it can be challenging to prioritize, but that's a good problem to have
