Pros
The culture... one of the most incredible corporate cultures I have ever been a part of. From the CEO down to the low man on the totem pole, enriching the lives of each other internally and externally is the number one priority at The Encompass Group. I can genuinely say that I am better because of the people at The Encompass Group. I am challenged daily to be the best version of myself and to love and serve everyone I encounter. I am forever grateful for the management and team here. Outside of the culture (which is HUGE in my opinion), the benefits, flexibility, work-life balance, and compensation go above and beyond what other firms offer.
Cons
Encompass is in a very exciting stage. We are building and growing to a new level. We are expanding and adding a leadership academy and room for HR technology and talent acquisition to multiply. Healthy things grow. With growth invites the question - where can we get better? I can wholeheartedly say, I have been asked this on multiple occasions by upper-level management on the HR Tech Side, C-Suite executives, and the Talent Acquisition Side. I am grateful to be a part of an organization that invites, facilitates, and accepts honest feedback. Encompass is a phenomenal place to work.
