      Leadership is VERY stable Culture and vision is unified throughout the organization They keep true to their word They invest in new tech where appropriate You can learn and grow in roles because they have patience to mentor Made more money here than I likely ever will in my career

      Must be able to perform your role without a whole lot of hand holding Minimum training time, it's trial and error until you get it

      I can’t even put into words how amazing the encompass group is, I have worked for a handful of companies and truly nobody will ever come close to being as amazing as this company. I have grown in my personal life because of the positive impact TEG has had on me at work.
