      - work-life balance - good pay - growth opportunities

      Cons

      - biased employee selections. Sometimes when jobs are posted HR already knows who will be selected, still make the others go through the painful process, to show that its a fair competition - HR is incompetetive - some dept have a lot of office politics, people at mgmt level try to bring in their family and friends

      Cons

      Middle East uncertainty has caused major instability. Poor leadership thinks rats and mold are a normal way of life in NYC. Micromanaging and toxic environment.
