      Fast grown company, profitable, cares about customer service, one of the best airlines

      needs to be more flexible, open to listen to what employees have to say about process improvements and be more adaptable to cultual diferrences when operating in other countries.

      Middle East uncertainty has caused major instability. Poor leadership thinks rats and mold are a normal way of life in NYC. Micromanaging and toxic environment.
