Pros

never a dull moment, constant change, always waiting for the next big thing. Benefits including generous leave are good from junior management grades upwards especially if you are married with children. Basic salaries as with most travel and transport companies/organizations are not as competitive as some other industries. Inflation levels in Dubai have shaved meant off the real value of some benefits such as accommodation, transport and education allowances.

Cons

Unlike global multi nationals there is no clear cut path to growth and development. As in any rapidly growing company there are however many opportunities to move upwards in certain departments. In others you could end up staying in the same position for years until a suitable vacancy comes up. Work Life balance is good but can be improved with progressive approach to managing and measuring productivity.

Pros

Salary, 401k, colleagues, flight benefits.

Cons

Middle East uncertainty has caused major instability. Poor leadership thinks rats and mold are a normal way of life in NYC. Micromanaging and toxic environment.
