Pros

Market recognition and Discounted air tickets.

Cons

Micro management- each department is an island Stress- efficency is measured by number of hours spent in office-minimum work hours expected 12 hours- 7 Am to 7 PM- Line Managers whims and fancies rule the roost- Some Line Managers like to call themselves as BOSS- They are not leaders with an " we' approach but only an "I" approach Disciplinary action can be initiated at Line Mangers whims- HR does not intervene- What is misconduct is not defined- Disciplinary hearing is followed in letter but not in spirit

Pros

Salary, 401k, colleagues, flight benefits.

Cons

Middle East uncertainty has caused major instability. Poor leadership thinks rats and mold are a normal way of life in NYC. Micromanaging and toxic environment.
