Thank you for taking time to write a review; we respect your candor, and your right to report things as you see them. We regret that your experience has been negative thus far. As your comments indicate that you are a current CDL chauffeur we invite you to engage the members of management in a discourse regarding your concerns.
We feel that it is important to address a number of your points for clarification however.
We believe that we take safety VERY seriously. We utilize ELDs in compliance with FMCSA mandate, though legally are exempt from doing so. We work with a dedicated third party compliance company to aid our efforts in managing hours of service and maintenance schedules.
In August of 2018, six months ago from the time of this writing we received a flawless FMCSA/USDOT compliance review. This review is a matter of public record.
We have recently hired (December 2018) an executive dedicated to onboarding and retaining chauffeurs. This team member is tasked with addressing chauffeur concerns and maintaining positive relations specifically with our driving staff.
In January of 2019 we raised the pay for CDL chauffeurs.
We have invested in nine 2018/2019 model year motorcoaches with three additional 2019 units slated for delivery in April 2019 (2) and May 2019 (1). We have added seven 2018 minibuses in the past year.
While we acknowledge that our operation has ample room for improvement, we also believe that these actions may paint a more balanced picture of our operation.
