      Great colleagues and very welcoming work environment. Some of the nicest people I've worked with in the art world.

      Interns are underpaid like any other art nonprofits.

      - A bit of agency and freedom - In charge of gallery space, direct contact with patrons and visitors - Chance to see -some- great art for free - Possible networking with other artists - Pretty good pay/salary for part-time

      Cons

      - Sitting for most of the day - No upward mobility - Repetitive tasks - As part-time, you can work near full-time hours with no real benefits
