      Pros

      I loved all of the other employees and the culture of the office. Everyone was very engaged in the work and loved animals. Unlimited PTO, but we were encouraged to take it.

      Cons

      After multiple rounds of layoffs, we were left very short-staffed and it didn't feel very stable.
