Pros
I have been working at The Directory Guys for just over two years now. I initially started in a sales role and it was only supposed to be a stepping stone job for me whilst trying to get back on my feet. I was in sales for a year, it had a togetherness/family feel about it. Although it didn't quite work out for me in sales, they found a new role for me in a customer service rather than just letting me go like a lot of companies normally would. The people along the way have helped me in so many ways; progression, experience, knowledge within the industry and people management. With the help of colleagues and mangement, I have now become a team leader and progressing within the company. The path of progression is very clear and with the right work ethic and attitude it is achievable. What started off as a sales stepping stone job has turned in to a fulfilling career with great progression opportunities.
