Great Management - Business Development The Dimension Group Employee Review

During my internship I was trained by three very talented and likeable engineers. They were patient as I was learning the industry and had good personalities as well. The company usually provides food and drinks weekly for everyone and has casual dress on Friday. My supervisors and management communicated effectively, did not micromanage my work, and were pleasant to talk to and work with.

Working in a cubicle is never ideal, and sometimes the architect's drawings and/or site surveys were sloppy, which made my job more difficult. Also my work was sometimes more copy/paste from previous jobs and less design-oriented.

Hybrid schedule, easier projects, architects seem cool!

Very low pay for the area and the industry, tedious Management system. reminds me of the group of nerd kids in elementary school that will tell on you for any reason and it's just annoying....
