Time flexibility, nobody cares if you are working or not if you are a billable resource.
Cons
Business Development team comes to the office for surfing internet for free.
Once you get to a commanding position, you can bring your wife, brother, brother in law , neighbour, neighbour's son's friend (Anybody you want) even if there is no requirement you can create one.
Amazing product development (Even developers don't know what they are developing it )
appraisal system is same for everyone irrespective of department, they can ask support staff which application have you developed in last year, it doesn't matter if you actually work as an admin to schedule office transport :P
CEO comes once in a year from USA and goes directly to 5th floor then after 15 days he comes down from 5th floor and goes directly to the air port. He doesn't even bother to send an email to all of his employees once in year. No communication at all.
Lot to write but can't write much and I know this review will be all over the whats app groups of employees tomorrow and they gonna enjoy this :)
